Job summary

TruGreen is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Thomasville, PA (York Branch). You will drive a company vehicle on an assigned route, apply lawn care treatments, and identify customer needs to recommend solutions and additional services.

This role involves managing routes, building customer relationships, and working outdoors. A valid driver’s license, MVR clearance, and ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card are required. Training and certifications are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old at time of hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and consent to a background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route.
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage your route and customer information using a tablet.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment.
