Job summary

TruGreen Warminster is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician to service homes in Warminster and nearby areas. You will drive a company vehicle on an assigned route, apply lawn care treatments, and help customers achieve healthier, greener lawns.

This role requires independence, physical activity, paid training, and state certification. A valid driver’s license, ability to pass background/MVR checks, and fluency in English are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old at time of hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and be comfortable with a criminal background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified).
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage route and customer information using a tablet.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
