Job summary

TruGreen is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Lowell, AR (Rogers Branch). The role includes managing an assigned route, applying lawn care treatments, and delivering exceptional service to homeowners and businesses.

No prior lawn care experience is required; paid training and company-certified instruction are provided to build the necessary skills for success. You’ll join a supportive local team with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old at the time of hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and comfortable consenting to a criminal background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified).
• Applying lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Managing your route and customer information using a tablet.
• Building relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
