Job summary

TruGreen is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician at the Fort Smith, AR (Ft. Smith Branch) location. This role involves driving a company vehicle on an assigned route, applying lawn care treatments, and delivering exceptional customer service while working outdoors.

Paid training, state certification, and opportunities for growth are provided. The position offers weekly pay, benefits eligibility after 30 days, and a supportive local team committed to your success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old at time of hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and comfortable consenting to a criminal background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (DOT certification as needed).
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage route and customer information using a tablet.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
