Job summary

TruGreen’s Lamar Branch in Mill Hall, PA seeks a Residential Lawn Care Technician to service a multi-county area, managing a personal route and applying lawn treatments. You will identify client needs, recommend solutions, and maintain customer records via a tablet, all while delivering exceptional service outdoors.

No lawn care experience is required; paid training, coaching, and company-sponsored certification are provided to help you succeed. Benefits start after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old at time of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified).
• Applying lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Managing your route and customer information using a tablet.
• Building relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
