Job summary

TruGreen Limited in Colorado Springs, CO seeks a Residential Lawn Care Technician to manage an assigned route and apply lawn care treatments to homes and businesses. The paid training program and company‑paid certifications support your growth from day one as you grow your outdoor expertise.

You’ll work independently on a daily route, delivering exceptional service, using a tablet to track customer information, and building lasting relationships with homeowners across the Colorado Springs area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old at the time of hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and comfortable consenting to a criminal background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified)
• Applying lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services
• Managing your route and customer information using a tablet
• Building relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service
• Work outdoors in a fast‑paced, independent environment safely.
