Job summary

TruGreen is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Maple Grove, MN (Northwest Metro Branch). The role offers paid training, weekly pay, and growth opportunities, with driving a company vehicle on an assigned route and applying lawn care treatments to properties.

You will service homeowners, identify needs, and manage customer info via a tablet. A valid license, clean MVR, and ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old at time of hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (DOT certification eligibility).
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage route and customer information using a tablet.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
