Job summary

TruGreen in Andover, MA is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician to service homes across the North Shore. You'll manage your own route, apply lawn care treatments, and build relationships with customers while working outdoors.

No lawn care experience is required; paid training, on-the-job coaching, and state certification are provided. This full-time, on-site role offers weekly pay, benefits eligibility after 30 days, overtime during peak seasons, and clear opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old at time of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and comfortable consenting to a criminal background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified).
• Applying lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Managing your route and customer information using a tablet.
• Building relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
