TruGreen is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Sioux Falls, SD. The role involves driving a route, applying lawn care treatments, and delivering outstanding customer service. Paid training and state certification are provided, with opportunities for advancement.

You'll work outdoors on a defined route, with a start pay of $17.00/hour for licensed candidates and potential bonuses. Benefits begin after 30 days, including health/dental/vision and a 401(k) match, plus PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old at time of hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and consent to a criminal background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (DOT certification possible).
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage route and customer information using a tablet.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment.
