TruGreen Limited in Danbury, CT is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician to service homeowners on an assigned route. You will apply lawn treatments, identify customer needs, and manage route info via a tablet while delivering high-quality lawn care in outdoor settings.

No prior lawn care experience is required—paid training and company-paid certification are provided. This role offers career growth, benefits eligibility after 30 days, and overtime opportunities during peak season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass MVR and background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to speak, read and write English fluently.
• Ability to perform the essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (DOT certification when required).
• Apply lawn care treatments to properties (residential/commercial).
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions/additional services.
• Manage route and customer info using a tablet.
• Build relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment.
