TruGreen is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Danbury, CT. You’ll manage your own route, apply lawn care treatments, and deliver outstanding service while receiving paid training and company‑paid certification.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old at hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass MVR and criminal background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified).
• Applying lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Managing your route and customer information using a tablet.
• Building relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast‑paced, independent environment safely.
