Job summary

WindRiver Golf Community and Marina is seeking a full-time Landscaping Operations Laborer to work with the Landscaping Superintendent. The role centers on completing maintenance tasks across the WindRiver property, including grounds, facilities, and outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities include prioritizing work, inspecting areas, mowing, trimming, planting, debris removal, and assisting with pool maintenance and events.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2 years’ experience in handyman, maintenance, or contractor work.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and complete landscaping work assignments in coordination with the Landscaping Superintendent.
• Inspect grounds, facilities, and outdoor areas for maintenance needs.
• Perform general landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, planting, fertilizing, and debris removal.
• Maintain, repair, renovate, and install landscaping features for properties and projects.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance of exteriors, grounds, and outdoor amenities.
• Assist with pool maintenance and support events through setup and teardown.
• Operate equipment safely and track time and materials for cost reporting.
