Job summary

WindRiver Golf Community and Marina is seeking a full-time Landscaping Operations Laborer to join the maintenance team. You will work closely with the Landscaping Superintendent to complete daily duties across WindRiver properties, grounds, and shoreline lots.

Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, pruning, mulching, edging, planting, debris removal, and general upkeep of outdoor spaces. You will also assist with pool maintenance, seasonal tasks, and support events while ensuring safety and

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• 2 years’ experience in handyman, maintenance, or contractor work.

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of exterior grounds and common areas.
• Assist with pool maintenance and support events as needed.
