Job summary

WindRiver Golf Community and Marina is seeking a full-time Landscaping Operations Laborer to support the Landscaping Superintendent across the WindRiver property. You will execute assignments, inspect grounds, and perform mowing, pruning, mulching, planting, and debris removal to maintain curb appeal.

The role requires 2 years of handyman/maintenance experience, a high school diploma (preferred), and the ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays outdoors in variable weather.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• 2 years’ experience in handyman, maintenance, or contractor work.
• Knowledge of tools, methods, and materials used in maintenance.
• Strong organization skills.
• Available and willing to workdays, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to follow clear direction and communicate effectively.
• Must be able to work successfully on a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and complete landscaping work assignments with the Landscaping Superintendent.
• Inspect grounds, facilities, and outdoor areas for maintenance and landscaping needs.
• Perform general landscaping duties: mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, planting, debris removal.
• Maintain, repair, renovate, and install landscaping features across properties.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of exteriors and outdoor areas.
• Assist with pool maintenance and event support as needed.
• Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and report replenishment needs.
