Job summary

WindRiver Golf Community and Marina is seeking a full-time Landscaping Operations Laborer to maintain grounds, facilities, and shoreline areas. You will support a Landscaping Superintendent, handle mowing, pruning, mulching, planting, and seasonal duties, and assist with pool maintenance and community events.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of handyman/maintenance experience, are at least 18, and can work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of handyman/maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, mulching, and basic repairs.
• Maintain grounds, buildings exteriors, and outdoor amenities.
• Operate landscaping equipment and ensure safety policies.
• Assist with pool maintenance and event setup as needed.
• Coordinate with supervisors and contractors for specialized repairs.
• Track materials and time for job costing.
