CW Resources, a part of CW Group, is seeking a Landscaping Laborer to join our outdoor maintenance crew at the Charlotte Airport Traffic Control Tower. No prior experience is required as we’ll train you on mowing, trimming, mulching, and general grounds care.

Qualifications

• Must follow safety rules and wear proper protective gear.
• Work well with others and listen to instructions.

Responsibilities

• Check in with your supervisor and team members at start of day.
• Review day’s assignments and load up the truck with tools and equipment.
• Mow lawns, edge sidewalks and driveways, and trim around trees and fences.
• Weed flowerbeds, prune shrubs and small trees, lay mulch or plant seasonal flowers.
• Clean up the work site, reload tools, and communicate any site notes to crew leader.
• Help unload and prep for the next day when the team returns to the office.
