Job summary

Terra Green is a Charlotte-area landscape company seeking a motivated Landscaping Laborer to join our Maintenance team. You will operate commercial landscaping equipment and help maintain grounds on commercial and residential properties in and around the Charlotte region.

The role emphasizes outdoor work, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Experience is preferred but not required; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are needed to succeed.

Qualifications

• Six months of commercial landscaping experience preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Willing to work outdoors and be a team player.
• Valid Driver's License/ID.
• Drug Test and Background Check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform yard work tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, raking, pruning, digging, etc.
• Communicate well with supervisor
• Oversee maintenance of assigned commercial and residential properties in a timely manner
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for both employees and clients
• Responsible for assigned equipment and truck
