Job summary

Terra Green Landscapes Inc. in the Charlotte area is seeking a dependable Landscaping Laborer to join our landscape maintenance team.

You will operate commercial mowers, trimmers, and other equipment to maintain outdoor spaces on commercial and residential properties. This full-time, year-round role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and a willingness to work outdoors in all seasons.

Qualifications

• 6 months of commercial landscaping experience preferred, but not required
• Bilingual preferred, but not required
• Ability to oversee the maintenance of properties
• Ability to load and unload equipment onto trucks
• Ability to work well with others and be a team player
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to follow instructions
• Enjoy working outdoors
• Have good work ethic
• Strong drive and will to succeed
• Willing to submit to Drug Test and Background Check
• Have a valid Driver's License/ID

Responsibilities

• Perform yard work tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, raking, pruning, digging, etc.
• Communicate well with supervisor
• Oversee maintenance of assigned commercial and residential properties in a timely manner
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for both employees and clients
• Responsible for assigned equipment and truck
