CW Resources, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Landscaping Crew Lead to guide a small crew on outdoor projects at the Charlotte Airport Traffic Control Tower site.

This part-time role involves training, assigning daily tasks, and performing landscaping tasks to high standards. Requirements include 2 years of hands-on commercial landscaping, OSHA safety awareness, a valid driver's license, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on commercial landscaping experience including mowing, trimming, planting, and general grounds maintenance.
• OSHA safety guidelines knowledge and on-site safety adherence.
• Excellent communication and ability to train and lead a small crew.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small landscaping crew during shifts (2 days/month, every other week, 8 hours per shift).
• Assign daily tasks and ensure crew understands expectations and safety protocols.
• Provide on-the-job guidance, support, and training to crew members.
• Perform landscaping tasks alongside the team (mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, mulching).
• Ensure proper care and use of tools and equipment; conduct end-of-day walkthroughs.
• Maintain records of work, attendance, and incidents; communicate needs to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies.
