Job summary

GroundSystems, a growing landscaping company based in Cincinnati, Ohio, is hiring Drivers: Landscaping Crew Members. No CDL required. We offer year-round, full-time employment with benefits such as health and life insurance, 401(k) with company match, uniforms, and on-the-job training.

Responsibilities include mowing, pruning, planting, and equipment operation, plus driving trucks/trailers with a valid license. Must be 20+ years old, able to lift 50 lbs, and work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Valid driver license with clean driving record; CDL not required.
• Ability to communicate in basic English.
• Team player with a positive attitude; able to work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, trimming, planting, and general groundskeeping.
• Pruning trees and shrubs.
• Maintaining perennial beds.
• Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment.
• Driving trucks and trailers (valid license required).
• Supporting snow and ice management during winter months.
