GroundSystems, Inc. is seeking Crew Members for our landscaping team in Cincinnati, OH. No CDL is required, but a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential; you will perform groundskeeping and operation of landscaping equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (CDL not required).
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Landscaping experience is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, trimming, planting, and general groundskeeping.
• Pruning trees and shrubs.
• Maintaining perennial beds.
• Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment.
• Driving trucks and trailers (valid license required).
• Supporting snow and ice management during winter months.
