Job summary

EcoPacha Landscaping in California is seeking an Entry-Level Landscaping Maintenance Laborer to mow, edge, trim, and maintain residential and commercial properties. No landscaping experience is required; you’ll be trained and welcomed into a small, hands-on team.

You will plant flowers, shrubs, and trees, weed and mulch beds, operate basic tools, and help load/unload materials while keeping work areas tidy and safe. Ancillary benefits, PTO, and bonus incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• No landscaping experience required; willing to train.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, and maintain residential and commercial properties.
• Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees as directed.
• Weed, mulch, and clean landscaping beds.
• Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team.
