Job summary

Osprey Landscape Group in California is seeking a dependable Crew Member – Maintenance to perform landscape maintenance on commercial properties. Tasks include mowing, edging, pruning, weed control, fertilizing, and general clean-up.

No experience required; training will be provided. The role involves operating hand tools and power equipment, keeping work areas safe and clean, and reporting issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is preferred.
• Landscaping experience is helpful but not required.
• A valid driver’s license is a plus, not required.
• Able to lift/move 10–50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful.
• Flexible availability for various schedules, including 4/10 shifts, Monday–Friday 8–5, or occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape tasks: mowing, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, fertilizing
• Maintain clean, safe work areas across public and commercial sites
• Operate hand tools and power equipment properly and safely
• Load/unload equipment and assist with end-of-day clean-up
• Report any customer concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
