Job summary

EcoPacha Landscaping in East Bay/El Cerrito, CA is seeking an entry-level Landscaping Maintenance Laborer to join our growing team. If you enjoy outdoor work, take pride in your tasks, and want to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

Starting pay is $18 per hour with experience-based offers, plus ancillary benefits, PTO, and bonus incentives. No landscaping experience is required; training will be provided as you develop skills maintaining residential and commercial properties.

Qualifications

• No landscaping experience required; willing to train.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, and maintain residential and commercial properties.
• Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees as directed.
• Weed, mulch, and clean landscaping beds.
• Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team.
