Job summary

jmllandscape is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to help mow, trim, plant, and clean commercial properties. You’ll work outdoors in all weather, operate professional equipment, and take pride in the property’s curb appeal.

Good attitude and reliability are valued as you join a team with daily direction from a Crew Leader. Training is provided; snow duties may occur during winter in applicable roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping is a plus; training provided.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for long hours.
• Able to work in all weather (heat, rain, cold) and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties.
• Prune trees and shrubs; plant flowers and maintain beds.
• Use hand tools and power equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Work as part of a crew with daily direction from your Crew Leader.
• Load/unload equipment and maintain cleanliness of trucks/tools.
• Assist with snow removal duties during winter where applicable.
