Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Landscaper I in Florida to provide landscape maintenance for industrial, commercial, and public properties. You will perform basic tasks under supervision, operate commercial landscaping equipment safely, and assist with plant materials and feature upkeep.

Duties include mowing, edging, pruning, planting beds, weeding, mulching, and reporting unsafe conditions. Must be 18+ with the ability to lift 40 lbs and work outdoors in varied weather.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and dependable.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment.
• Familiar with basic horticultural maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Cut turf with power mowers and edge/trimmer equipment.
• Prune shrubs and low trees to maintain shape.
• Plant and maintain flowerbeds.
• Operate edger and line trimmer along landscapes.
• Remove debris, mulch leaves, and perform weeding.
• Conduct basic maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Report unsafe conditions to Crew Leader.
