Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC seeks a landscaper I to provide landscape maintenance across industrial, commercial, and public properties. You will support safe operation of commercial-grade equipment, help maintain plant materials, and execute basic landscape tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities include mowing, edging, pruning, planting, weed control, debris cleanup, and routine equipment care. Must be physically able to lift 40 lbs and work outdoors in heat or cold.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 40 lbs and handle outdoor labor.
• Able to operate power tools and landscaping equipment safely.
• Certified on Level 1 equipment (backpack blower, edger, trimmer, mower).
• Familiar with basic horticultural maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Cut turf with power mowers; trim and edge; operate blowers.
• Prune shrubs and low trees to shape and health.
• Plant and maintain flowerbeds; mulch and weed as needed.
• Maintain equipment and perform light preventative maintenance.
• Report unsafe conditions to Crew Leader and maintain guests' positive experience.
