Job summary

TalentMovers is seeking a General Laborer for Commercial Landscaping in North Carolina. This role focuses on performing landscaping and grounds-maintenance tasks to uphold client properties and curb appeal.

You will operate mowing, edging, weed eating, and blower equipment, follow safety procedures, and work as part of a crew under supervision to meet service standards. Physical outdoor work and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Commercial landscaping or grounds-maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with mowing, edging, weed-eating, and blower operation preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow supervisor instructions and safety procedures.
• Comfortable working in varying outdoor weather conditions.
• Teamwork and ability to work as part of a landscaping crew.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial landscaping and grounds-maintenance duties
• Pick up trash and debris from work areas before mowing operations begin
• Perform mowing and general landscape maintenance according to commercial service standards
• Edge sidewalks, curbs, landscape beds, and other designated areas
• Operate weed eaters and perform detailed trimming around obstacles and landscaped areas
• Use blowers correctly to remove grass clippings and debris from completed work areas
• Maintain clean and professional commercial properties after landscaping services
• Follow required worksite and safety procedures
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and organized condition
