AtWork! Landscaping is seeking a dependable Laborer to perform a variety of maintenance tasks on commercial contracts. You will operate mowers and trimmers, trim and rake, and coordinate with the Crew Supervisor to meet deadlines while maintaining safety and quality.

The role requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. The position involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions, with training provided on equipment and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in landscaping preferred.
• Able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping maintenance duties on customer contracts (mowing, weeding, edging, raking, debris removal).
• Demonstrate proper use of equipment and materials.
• Coordinate workflow with Crew Supervisor to meet contract requirements and deadlines.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Ensure work meets quality standards.
• Report equipment and supply needs to Crew Supervisor.
• Uphold professional conduct and ethics.
