Qualifications

• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and drive with a trailer or other small equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, pruning, and using blowers.
• Apply pesticides and herbicides as directed.
• Follow assigned work schedules and complete tasks efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of quality in all work performed.
• Assist with shop duties such as sweeping, organizing, and cleaning.
• Care for and properly handle landscaping equipment and fuel mixtures.
• Build positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Perform other duties to support operations.
