Qualifications

• 1–2 years of landscape maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year irrigation system maintenance/repair/modification.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance, plant care, irrigation systems.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors for up to 8 hours.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily landscape maintenance operations for commercial and residential properties.
• Perform hands-on landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, pruning, and weeding.
• Operate and transport company vehicles and equipment.
• Supervise, coordinate, and mentor landscaping personnel, including training new employees.
• Plan and assign daily work schedules to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Schedule and oversee equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Educate customers on lawn care, irrigation, and pest control best practices.
• Ensure crews maintain high-quality work standards and provide coaching as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and manage a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Detail-oriented, professional, and friendly demeanor.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs regularly and working outdoors for up to 8 hours in various weather conditions.
