Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily activities of landscaping crews.
• Perform landscape installation, maintenance, cleanup, and related tasks.
• Operate and safely maintain landscaping equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
• Monitor the quality of work and ensure company standards are met.
• Identify and correct issues in the field before they impact project completion.
• Communicate project updates to the Project Manager.
• Train and mentor new and existing crew members.
• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment.
