Southern Scape, LLC in Alabama is seeking motivated Driver & Floating Labor Team Members to support landscape and hardscape installation projects, assist crews in the field, and help deliver the quality and reliability that have defined our nearly 30-year reputation.

This role requires a Driver's License, a willingness to learn, the ability to work with a team or independently, and a strong work ethic. Expect early starts, outdoor conditions, and potential overtime during peak seasons.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape construction, installation, maintenance, and project work.
• Complete daily reports of work.
• Load and unload materials, tools and equipment as required.
• Transport materials using shovels, wheelbarrows, carts, etc.
• Assist crew leader with job-related tasks.
• Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations.
• Driving materials/equipment to and from job sites.
