The role involves managing day-to-day operations, supervising crews, and ensuring safety and quality standards. Candidates should have strong leadership skills, a valid driver's license, and experience with landscaping tools. Qualifications

• Valid Alabama driver's license.
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screening.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs regularly.
• Hands-on experience with landscaping tools, equipment, and machinery.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations for residential and commercial landscape installation projects
• safely Operate heavy equipment
• Drive a company truck from the shop to job sites each day
• Serve as the on-site contact for customers, handling immediate needs or questions professionally
• Coordinate with the landscape supervisor daily to plan and execute all required tasks
• Lead and supervise crews to ensure timelines are met while maintaining quality, and safety standards as well

Required Qualifications

• Valid Alabama driver's license
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screening
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs regularly

• CDL (Commercial Driver's License)
• Associate degree or certificate in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related field
• OSHA Safety Training Certification
