Qualifications

• Experience working outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• MSHA certification is a plus but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate light equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with dirt work and clearing tasks.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance including fueling and greasing.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations; report hazards to a supervisor.
• Support with additional tasks as assigned.
