Job summary

JENNMAR Services in West Virginia seeks motivated, entry-level team members for full-time dirt work, light equipment operation, hand tools, and outdoor labor. Responsibilities include operating light equipment safely, basic maintenance, and following safety rules.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in an outdoor environment in varying conditions
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Outdoor environment with dirt, dust and various weather
• Mowing experience is a plus
• MSHA certification is a plus but not required – we will train you
• Willingness and ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol screening

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate various types of light equipment.
• Knowledge of dirt work and clearing functions.
• Knowledge on safely operating weed whackers, hand tools, and other related equipment.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance including fueling and greasing.
• Follow and comply with all safety rules and regulations.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor.
