Job summary

JennMar Services in Wheeling, WV seeks a full-time Flex Laborer/Equipment Operator to handle heavy to light equipment, dirt work, and related tasks. The role offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will operate loaders, excavators, and skid steers, perform basic maintenance, and follow safety rules, with occasional additional tasks from a supervisor. Outdoor work in varying conditions is expected.

Qualifications

• Outdoor environment exposure and varying weather conditions.
• Lift up to 60 pounds during daily tasks.
• Comfortable working at heights and in tight spaces.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus for operating equipment.
• MSHA certification is a plus but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate light to heavy equipment as needed.
• Apply knowledge of dirt work, restoration, and clearing operations.
• Operate Front-End Loaders, Excavators, and skid steers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance including fueling and greasing.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor.
