Job summary

Jennmar is hiring for a full-time Flex Laborer in Morgantown, WV. The role involves light equipment operation, dirt work, and outdoor labor with a focus on safety and reliability. Training will be provided, and a comprehensive benefits package accompanies competitive pay.

Flex Laborer

Mowing, Weed-eating, Flex Labor & Dirt Work

We are seeking motivated individuals for full-time entry level positions involving light equipment operation, hand tools, labor, and dirt work. This role offers competitive pay, and benefits package.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate various types of light equipment.
• Knowledge of dirt work, and clearing functions.
• Knowledge on safely operating weed whackers, hand tools, and other related equipment.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance including fueling and greasing.
• Follow and comply with all safety rules and regulations.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in an outdoor environment in varying conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in an outdoor environment that requires exposure to dirt, dust, and various types of fair to poorweather
• Mowing experince is aplus
• MSHA certification is a plus but not required- We will train you.
