• Explain service agreements, billing, and customer expectations clearly.
• Handle objections professionally and follow up with interested homeowners.
• Accurately record customer information and submit completed agreements.
• Participate in sales training, team meetings, and individual coaching.
• Track your activity and results while working toward sales goals.
• Represent King with honesty, professionalism, and respect for homeowners and their property.
