Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking an Outdoor Maintenance Technician to help maintain the Outdoor Grow. You will support the Maintenance team with routine and preventative maintenance of all outdoor equipment, and assist in cleaning and upkeep to ensure reliable operation.

The role requires a practical understanding of electrical, plumbing, pneumatics, and HVAC, plus general facility maintenance and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; higher certs are a plus.
• Forklift and Skid Steer certification required.
• 5+ years of maintenance or related experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Cannabis industry experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor HVAC, plumbing, electrical repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Assist in outdoor grow equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Clean and maintain the outdoor grow and surrounding areas.
• Perform routine filter cleaning on HVAC units.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies outdoors.
• Complete work orders and ensure requester satisfaction.
• Follow safety, GMP/regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Possess valid driver’s license and comply with background checks.
