Castle Group is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor and indoor spaces, ensuring a safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing environment for residents and staff.

You will operate portable equipment, perform routine maintenance, follow safety guidelines, and report issues promptly. This role emphasizes reliable service, attention to detail, and strong teamwork in a community-focused setting. OSHA certification is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• OSHA Certification a plus.
• Basic knowledge of irrigation, pest control, and landscaping.

Responsabilidades

• Operate mechanical and electrical machinery/equipment (e.g., blowers, power washer).
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of assigned areas.
• Report areas of concern including dry turf or dead plants.
• Assist with emergency clean up after storms.
• Pressure wash walkways, buildings and other property using power washing equipment.
