Bridge Property Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor spaces, assist with light maintenance, and prepare units for new residents. The role involves physical work, operating lawn equipment, and ensuring safety in a multi‑unit community environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to one year groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to operate lawn maintenance equipment and tools.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Keep the community looking pristine by inspecting daily and removing litter.
• Weather-ready property care, including de-icing walkways and shoveling snow.
• Keep pool areas sparkling by cleaning decks, removing trash, and tidying furniture.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks such as changing bulbs, replacing filters, caulking, painting, and minor repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new residents by cleaning vacants, checking appliances, and ensuring move-in readiness.
• Follow safety guidelines and comply with company policies and laws.
• Support special projects and additional tasks to improve the community.
