Princeton Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and safety of the apartment complex outdoor areas and landscaping. You will trim hedges, water plants and keep spaces free of debris while inspecting for maintenance needs.

You will collaborate with the maintenance team, plant flowers and trees, and operate groundskeeping equipment safely. Strong attention to detail and good communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping/groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment and plant care.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Attention to detail and proactive maintenance of outdoor spaces.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• A valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Trim hedges, water plants and maintain a visually appealing landscape.
• Keep outdoor spaces free from debris, litter and safety hazards.
• Inspect outdoor areas and address maintenance needs (fences, walkways).
• Assist in planting flowers, shrubs and trees.
• Use and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to complete tasks on time.
• Maintain inventory of landscaping supplies and notify management.
• Respond promptly to residents' landscaping-related concerns.
