Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in St. Louis is seeking a Grounds Maintenance teammate to keep outdoor areas inviting and safe for guests and Team Members. You will mow, water, trim shrubs, plant beds, and assist with exterior landscaping while maintaining buildings and walkways.

You will operate power equipment, perform routine checks, and follow safety procedures. The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift 50 pounds, and flexibility to work in extreme temperatures; prior landscaping experience

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to stand, walk, bend, twist and lift up to 50 lb.
• Experience with lawn and landscape maintenance is helpful.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and loud outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Mows grass, waters lawn, trims shrubs and maintains flower beds.
• Plows/shovels snow and inspects grounds for safety and cleanliness.
• Operates lawn equipment and performs routine maintenance and safety checks.
• Assists with exterior and interior landscaping planning and upkeep.
• Removes refuse and cleans glass and surrounding areas.
