Job summary

Qualifications

• Physically able to work outdoors in varying temperatures.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Experience with general yard maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mows lawns and maintains Elders' homes, rental homes, playgrounds and common areas.
• Trims weeds around walks and beds with hand tools.
• Keeps elders areas clear of garbage and debris.
• Cleans gutters for elders and rental homes.
• Maintains equipment and supplies properly.
• Keeps inventory of program equipment and accessories.
• Maintains records of work orders.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
