Carolina Sweepers is seeking a Grounds Labor Technician for full-time outdoor maintenance at commercial properties across the Carolinas and Georgia. The role involves driving a company pickup truck to job sites, picking up litter, cleaning surfaces, and handling waste while ensuring safety and PPE are used.

Qualifications

• Active driver license and a clean driving record.
• Self-starter with the work ethic to operate on their own for most of the day.
• Experience in janitorial or cleaning is a plus.
• Safety is a priority with PPE provided and monthly safety meetings.

Responsibilities

• Picking up litter.
• Wiping/cleaning surfaces such as windowsills, trash can lids, benches, etc.
• Changing trash bags in outdoor trash cans.
• Cleaning out dumpster enclosures, breaking down boxes, lifting/moving heavy pallets, furniture, etc.
• Other building maintenance work as needed.
• You will drive a company pickup truck to and from jobsites.
• May also be required to do some work on ladders/roofs or near retention ponds.
• Hang signs.
