Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain lawns, shrubs, and landscaped areas at our Baltimore property. The role includes snow removal, operating and maintaining grounds equipment, and ensuring safety and high presentation standards.

Responsibilities also cover seasonal plantings, exterior cleaning, and basic repairs of grounds equipment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with prior groundskeeping experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping or facility maintenance preferred.
• Ability to operate landscaping and grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of basic landscaping practices and plant care.
• Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, water, fertilize, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas.
• Remove snow and ice from sidewalks and entrances.
• Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment.
• Inspect work areas to ensure safety and presentation standards.
• Assist with planting and seasonal landscaping projects.
• Maintain exterior areas and collect trash and debris.
• Clean exterior building glass and other public-facing areas.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety inspections.
• Identify landscaping improvements and plant materials as needed.
