Job summary

Flagship Communities is seeking a Lawn Care Technician to maintain grounds across our properties. You will mow lawns, weed, plant flowers, trim hedges, mulch beds, inspect irrigation, and remove debris to keep common areas presentable and welcoming for residents and guests.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 25 pounds, and comfort working outdoors in seasonal weather. Prior lawn care or grounds maintenance experience is preferred; you must work well both independently

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Experience in lawn care or grounds maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns, weed, plant flowers, prune shrubs, mulch beds and remove debris.
• Inspect and assist with irrigation systems and general grounds maintenance.
• Keep common areas clean and presentable to meet curb appeal standards.
• Safely operate vehicles and hand/power tools; report maintenance issues.
