Quality Labor Management, LLC (QLM) seeks a dependable Grounds Maintenance & Landscaping Laborer to assist with upkeep and appearance of properties and outdoor areas in Panama City, FL. The role requires operating lawn care equipment, performing landscaping duties, removing trash, and completing general maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and experienced with lawn-care equipment; able to work independently or in a team to maintain clean and well-kept grounds.

Qualifications

• Experience operating lawn-care equipment.
• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to perform mowing, edging and basic landscaping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate riding and push lawn mowers safely and efficiently.
• Perform mowing, edging, weed eating, trimming, and general lawn care.
• Use blowers and other landscaping equipment to maintain sidewalks, parking areas, and grounds.
• Trim bushes, shrubs, and small trees as needed.
• Remove weeds and maintain landscaped areas.
• Collect, bag, and dispose of trash and debris throughout the property.
• Inspect equipment before use and report damaged equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and assist with general maintenance duties.
