The role requires operating lawn care equipment, performing landscaping duties, removing trash, and completing general maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and experienced with lawn-care equipment; able to work independently or in a team to maintain clean and well-kept grounds.

Qualifications

• Experience operating lawn-care equipment.
• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to perform mowing, edging and basic landscaping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate riding and push lawn mowers safely and efficiently.
• Perform mowing, edging, weed eating, trimming, and general lawn care.
• Use blowers and other landscaping equipment to maintain sidewalks, parking areas, and grounds.
• Trim bushes, shrubs, and small trees as needed.
• Remove weeds and maintain landscaped areas.
• Collect, bag, and dispose of trash and debris throughout the property.
• Inspect equipment before use and report damaged equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and assist with general maintenance duties.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating lawn care equipment, performing landscaping duties, removing trash and debris, and completing general maintenance tasks. This position requires someone who is comfortable working outdoors, can work independently or as part of a team, and takes pride in maintaining clean and well-kept grounds.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, self-motivated, and experienced with lawn-care equipment. They should be comfortable performing a variety of tasks, from mowing and landscaping to trash removal and general property upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate riding and push lawn mowers safely and efficiently.
• Perform mowing, edging, weed eating, trimming, and general lawn care.
• Use blowers and other landscaping equipment to maintain sidewalks, parking areas, and grounds.
• Trim bushes, shrubs, and small trees as needed.
• Remove weeds and maintain landscaped areas.
• Collect, bag, and dispose of trash and debris throughout the property.
• Empty outdoor trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
• Assist with maintaining sidewalks, parking lots, common areas, and other exterior spaces.
• Perform basic grounds and property maintenance as assigned.
• Load, unload, and transport landscaping materials, tools, and equipment.
• Inspect equipment before use and report damaged or malfunctioning equipment.
• Maintain tools and equipment in clean and safe working condition.
• Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures.
• Perform additional general labor and maintenance duties as needed.
